Virtual. Convenient. Affordable.
Marianna Dalton is a life-long New Yorker. She graduated from Stony Brook University in 2007, and New York Law School in 2010. After graduating from law school, Ms. Dalton accepted a position with a Real Estate Investment Trust that owned and managed buildings with thousands of apartments throughout New York City. There, she focused on commercial leasing and landlord-tenant matters. Thereafter, Ms. Dalton worked for a preeminent New York foreclosure firm, managing the firm’s Judgment and Sale department, and handling private real estate matters.
In 2019, Ms. Dalton opened her own firm in order to better serve her clients. Through her past experiences, Ms. Dalton had learned that there was a market demand for an accessible and knowledgeable attorney. She often found herself unable to reach an attorney who was on the other end of the transaction. Oftentimes, the first time she would get to speak with the other attorney would be at the closing table. Ms. Dalton realized if she was not able to reach the attorney on the other side of the deal, it was quite possible their clients had the same experience. It was then that Ms. Dalton decided to open a practice where clients could call (or email) and actually speak with their attorney. Ms. Dalton is passionate about real estate and is sensitive to the stress clients feel when buying or selling their home. For that reason, she believes it is important to keep the lines of communication open, and to be accessible to her clients to promptly address any questions or concerns they may have.
The firm's Wills, Trusts and Estates practice grew from Ms. Dalton's passion for real estate, and the needs of her clients to preserve the legacy they have created (often through real estate!). Our firm invested in state of the art software and continuing education for our attorneys in this ever evolving field, to become experts in our craft.
Ms. Dalton is passionate about helping her clients own a home (or multiple homes!), creating generational wealth, building a legacy, and protecting that legacy for generations to come.
