The Dalton Firm represents Lenders throughout New York as Bank Attorney/Settlement Agent in 

Real Estate Transactions.  

We ensure all loan documents are properly signed and notarized, and that the Lender’s title policy and closing disclosures are correct.  

Ms. Dalton is prompt, accurate, and easy to work with. 

All closing packages and disbursement ledgers are returned by overnight mail on the day of the closing.
